• Lithium Battery Product Management
o Establishment and maintenance of list pricing.
o Ensure current products are meeting customer needs.
o Lead projects to enhance and modify existing products.
o Monitor and analyze market and competitive information.
o Lead the development and/or revision of collateral material and sales tools associated with lithium battery products. Marketing communication materials and sales tools will take on a variety of media and formats, including but not limited to print, digital, web-based, video and animated formats. This work will require coordination with the Marketing Communication team to ensure consistency of look, feel and message.
o Lead the development and execution of product-related promotional programs.
o Assist in the development of key strategic and tactical plans to increase sales, market share, and profits in selected markets.
o Provide product support for the Sales organization by developing and implementing training material, sales tools, and enhance existing sales tools to help maximize effectiveness.
o Liaison with international agents and representatives regarding product specifications and costs for quotes related to US made products in foreign markets.
o Work with Engineering to facilitate custom product design process, maintain an accurate database of currently available products and accessories, and act as a liaison with Engineering for the sales organization regarding technical and application issues, as needed.
o Ensure that associated products and accessories are considered, and working in conjunction with, lithium battery products. For example, chargers, data collection and reporting products and services, etc.
• New Lithium Battery Product Development
o Monitor and analyze markets for new lithium battery product and services ideas.
o Lead the development of new battery products by implementing New Products.
o Lead the development and execution of product-related promotional programs.
o Generate ideas for new lithium battery related, revenue generating services.
• Research and Statistics
o Develop reports related to market data.
o Develop reports that inform on market trends,
o Perform customer surveys as required.
• Miscellaneous
o Assist with national level trade show staffing as required.
o Manage and initiate new products.
o Work with budgets.

Required Skills:
1. At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, market development, and/or product management.
2. Experience with lithium battery technologies.
3. Must have a 4 year degree; preferably in a related field i.e. Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree. Tier I automotive highly desirable. NO Consumer goods Please. No Services Please. Think Marketing a manufactured Industrial Product to OEM manufacturers.
4. Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation.
5. Excellent people skills with the ability to interact productively with others.
6. Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
7. Proficient in web based, digital marketing tools and techniques.
8. Strong multitasking and project management background and skill set.
9. Preferable experience with Salesforce CRM and SAP.
10. Strong managerial skills and ability to analyze, interpret and forecast changes in customer and market behaviors.
11. Ability to lead multi-functional teams.
